Upgrade Module

Mock Interview

Run realistic practice interviews with feedback so the real one is not your first rep.

Outcome

What Mock Interview gets you.

By the end of this upgrade, you will have a prepared interview kit and a practice loop for mock interview, built from your real situation rather than generic advice.

What you need
  • Job description
  • Company and interviewer details
  • Examples from your work
  • A timer, camera, or practice partner
Step by step

Run the upgrade.

  1. 01

Define what Mock Interview needs to accomplish

Translate the role into the capabilities the interviewer is likely testing. Note what the company needs solved, not just the qualifications listed.

  2. 02

    Select and structure your evidence

Choose specific examples that show your judgment, actions, collaboration, and results. Write the context briefly and make your own contribution unmistakable.

  3. 03

    Prepare the likely questions

Draft concise answers for motivation, role fit, strengths, setbacks, and role-specific scenarios. Add one question that demonstrates informed curiosity.

  4. 04

    Practice out loud

Run timed answers without reading. Review the recording or ask a partner to note clarity, filler, missing results, and places where the answer wandered.

  5. 05

    Prepare the logistics

Confirm time zones, location or link, names, materials, technology, and arrival buffer. Put the final questions and examples where you can review them calmly.

  6. 06

    Close the loop

Immediately record what was asked, what you answered, and what you still need to clarify. Send a concise follow-up when appropriate.
